Who doesn't need textures? Well, I sure do need textures for all kind of photo manipulations. A good texture it is useful not only for 2D graphic design but it is also gold for 3D artists. One of my favorite sources for searching free textures is flickr . There people from all over the world are kind enough to let other people use their photos.
In this article I have selected 15 beautiful rusty textures that I've used or I am going to use. All the images are handed picked and are under “Creative Commons-licensed content for adaptation, modification or building upon “ license.
You will see that rust can be colorful and extremely interesting.
My personal opinion, and I am sure I am not the only one who thinks that, is that rust is beautiful!
